This is the entry point to the Geared Coaching methodology.
This formula is designed for people looking to find and apply a structure that works for them but aren’t (yet) ready to start a full-on bodybuilding training and nutrition regimen. We focus on building a solid base.
What’s Included:

Nutritional Advice: Based on your current eating habits. Not just an expensive list of don’t eat these foods. Small gradual changes over time lead to lasting results.
Weekly Check-in: A check-in form to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
Technique Analysis: The option to submit training videos for feedback on your execution.
This serves as the entry point to serious training. You might not be ready to live like a bodybuilder yet, and that is fine. Here, the focus lies on education: learning the basics of biomechanics, understanding nutrition, and building the habits necessary for a physical transformation.
My coaching style here is supportive. I don’t expect you to weigh every grain of salt or hit 100% adherence from day one. If you execute 80% of the plan, you will see significant progress. We focus on the big picture, correcting your course where needed, and building the discipline required for the next level.
Bodybuilding Coaching
For the dedicated athlete. Year-round structure.
This is our comprehensive 1:1 coaching service, designed for athletes who treat bodybuilding as a year-round commitment.
We manage every variable across all phases— off/improvement seasons, and contest prep.

If you apply for this package, you are expected to already possess the necessary discipline. I am not here to motivate you to go to the gym; you should already want to be there.
The approach is strict but fair. Even when you aren't in contest prep, "good enough" is no longer acceptable. We aim for 90% adherence. I will celebrate your wins, but compliments are earned by putting in the work, not just by showing up. We treat your off-season with the same precision as a prep, allowing for just enough leeway to maintain a balanced life while chasing maximum hypertrophy.
Contest Prep Coaching
For the competitive athlete. No variables left to chance.
This 1:1 service is designed for bodybuilders who manage their own off-season but require guidance for a single competition season.
We manage the entire prep, starting from 20 weeks out until you step on stage.

PED Guidance & Protocol*: (If applicable) Guidance aimed specifically at your contest prep.
You are in prep the moment you sign up. There is no time to waste finding your baseline; I expect you to be "on" immediately. My role shifts from teacher to strategist. Judges are looking for flaws, and so am I.
Do not expect a cheerleader. If you need a compliment every check-in just for doing your job, find another coach. My job is to analyze your physique, identify weaknesses, and make the precise adjustments to fix them. I deliver direct feedback on what needs to improve and exactly how we will achieve it. This is a partnership focused on one goal: bringing the best possible version of you to the stage. 100% adherence is the baseline.
*I will give PED guidance to clients who use PEDs but I will never ask someone to start using PEDs, nor supply them
