FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes. However: If you compete in a tested (natural) federation, I will not provide PED guidance. If you plan to use PEDs, choose a non‑tested federation. I won’t help anyone cheat.

  • Yes. If you’re on the monthly coaching plan, your contest prep is included—no extra prep fee.

  • Year‑round coaching manages your training, nutrition, and (if applicable) PEDs across off‑season, improvement phases, and prep—so you keep progressing all year.
    The 20‑week prep is a standalone, time‑boxed service focused on bringing your best to the stage for one show.

  • Weekly check‑ins as standard, with tighter monitoring as needed in the final weeks of prep. I reply to messages within a reasonable window (I’m based in Belgium, CET). You'll never have to wait over a day to get a response.

    • Fully customized training & nutrition

    • PED strategy and management (for non‑tested federations / non‑tested athletes)

    • Weekly check‑ins, adjustments, and detailed feedback

    • Peak week planning and stage‑day guidance (for prep)

    • Direct access for questions (within agreed hours)

  • Yes—if you’re ready to train hard, follow the plan, and be coachable. Effort and consistency > starting level.

  • Strongly recommended for enhanced athletes. I’ll advise which markers to monitor so we can make informed adjustments. (I don’t provide medical services—always consult your physician.)

  • No problem—we’ll adjust timelines. If you’re year‑round, you’re covered. If you’re on the standalone 20‑week package and extend significantly, an additional fee may apply. If it’s just an extension by one or two weeks, you’ll get them at no extra charge.

  • Yes - online. I coach in English and Dutch.

  • Yes — in person, in Roeselare. Sessions are tailored to whatever you need: beginner movement coaching, intensity techniques, form checks, or a mix. Price decreases if you book more than one session.

  • Sessions run 60–90 minutes, depending on what we’re working on. I keep them flexible so we can focus on getting the most out of your time, not the clock.

  • You can either book an appointment trough the calendar on the site or contact me directly to arrange a time and place that works. The appointment booker is not linked to my calendar so other timespots are possible, I just need to rearrange my other obligations.


    If you can’t make it, you must let me know at least 24 hours in advance — otherwise, the session will be charged in full.
