This is our comprehensive 1:1 coaching service, designed for athletes who treat bodybuilding as a year-round commitment.
We manage every variable across all phases— off/improvement seasons, and contest prep.

Contest Prep Coaching
For the competitive athlete. No variables left to chance.
This 1:1 service is designed for bodybuilders who manage their own off-season but require guidance for a single competition season.
We manage the entire prep, starting from 20 weeks out until you step on stage.

Customized Prep Plan: Fully tailored training and nutrition protocols specific to your prep.

Weekly Check-ins: Meticulous analysis and adjustments to drive progress toward the stage.
Direct Access: Priority support throughout the entire 20 weeks.
Cardio & Peak Week Management: Precise management of cardio and the full peak week protocol.
PED Guidance & Protocol*: (If applicable) Guidance aimed specifically at your contest prep.
Who is this for? Competitive bodybuilders who need expert guidance to peak for a specific show.
Note: Athletes enrolled in our Year-Round Bodybuilding Coaching are already covered for contest prep and do not require this package.
*I will give PED guidance to clients who use PEDs but I will never ask someone to start using PEDs, nor supply them
