Show day Essentials

Show day can feel overwhelming — tan, suit, pump-up food, paperwork… the list goes on.

That’s why I’ve created this checklist for you. Everything you might need is in one place, along with links to some of the useful products so you don’t have to scramble last minute.

Pack smart, double-check your list, and you’ll step on stage with peace of mind knowing you’re fully prepared.

Mindset on Show Day

When you’re backstage, nerves will creep in. That’s normal. Before you let the stress get to you, remind yourself of this:

  • Did you follow your plan?

  • Did you push through the training?

  • Did you stick to your diet?

If the answer is yes — then be proud. You’ve already won by doing the work most people will never do.

Once you step on stage, the outcome is no longer in your control. You can’t choose who shows up next to you, but you can choose how you carry yourself. Walk out there confident, enjoy the moment, and let the judges see the effort you’ve put in.

Closing Note

This is the day you’ve been working toward for months. Take a deep breath, trust the process, and enjoy the experience. Whether you walk away with a medal or not, you’ll leave with something more valuable — proof of what you’re capable of when you commit fully.
