The Structure

We keep it simple and transparent.

  • Step 1: Your training partner, colleague, or friend signs up for an online coaching trajectory. During sign-up, they must provide your full name as the promotion code (firstname-lastname).

  • Step 2: The new athlete begins their coaching.

  • Step 3: After the new athlete's first successful month of coaching and payment, your reward is automatically activated.

The Reward

 

  • For You (the referrer): You will receive a one-time 25% discount on your next monthly invoice. A direct reward for your trust.

  • For the New Athlete: They will receive a 10% discount on their first monthly invoice as a welcome bonus.

 

Terms

 

  • This program is valid only for active, paying clients of Geared Coaching.

  • The discount is not cumulative with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • There is no limit to the number of new athletes you can refer.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only coach competitors?

No. I work with both competitors and regular lifters. You don’t have to step on stage, but you do need to commit to serious physique progress.

Do you coach natural athletes?

Yes. However: If you compete in a tested (natural) federation, I will not provide PED guidance. If you plan to use PEDs, choose a non‑tested federation. I won’t help anyone cheat.

Is prep included for year‑round clients?

Yes. If you’re on the monthly coaching plan, your contest prep is included—no extra prep fee.

 

What’s the difference between year‑round coaching and the 20‑week prep?

Year‑round coaching manages your training, nutrition, and (if applicable) PEDs across off‑season, improvement phases, and prep—so you keep progressing all year.
The 20‑week prep is a standalone, time‑boxed service focused on bringing your best to the stage for one show.

How often do we check in, and how responsive are you?

Weekly check‑ins as standard, with tighter monitoring as needed in the final weeks of prep. I reply to messages within a reasonable window (I’m based in Belgium, CET). You'll never have to wait over a day to get a response.

What exactly do I get?

 

  • Fully customized training & nutrition

  • PED strategy and management (for non‑tested federations / non‑tested athletes)

  • Peak week planning and stage‑day guidance (for prep)

I’m not advanced—can I still apply?

Yes—if you’re ready to train hard, follow the plan, and be coachable. Effort and consistency > starting level.

Do you require bloodwork?

Strongly recommended for enhanced athletes. I’ll advise which markers to monitor so we can make informed adjustments. (I don’t provide medical services—always consult your physician.)

What if I change shows or need to extend prep?

No problem—we’ll adjust timelines. If you’re year‑round, you’re covered. If you’re on the standalone 20‑week package and extend significantly, an additional fee may apply.

How do payments work and can I cancel?

Monthly plan is billed monthly; cancel anytime before your next billing date. The 20‑week prep is a one‑time fee due at the start.

If you want to start a prep while on the monthly plan, you must have been a client for at least three months before prep begins. This ensures I know your body, training style, and response well enough to prep you effectively.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes—fully online. I coach in English and Dutch.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?

Yes — in person, in Roeselare or the surrounding area. Sessions are tailored to whatever you need: posing practice, beginner movement coaching, intensity techniques, form checks, or a mix.

How long is a one-on-one session?

Sessions run 60–90 minutes, depending on what we’re working on. I keep them flexible so we can focus on getting the most out of your time, not the clock.

How do I book a one-on-one session?

There’s no public calendar — just contact me directly to arrange a time and place that works. The fee is €60 per session, payable in advance.
If you can’t make it, you must let me know at least 24 hours in advance — otherwise, the session will be charged in full.
